    Being apart of my "fit family" and the daily support is something I am forever grateful . It isn't just another gym, it's something pretty amazing!! Life changing to be exact. I have maintained my weight loss and have never been healthier both mentally and physically. I started my first challenge when I was 49, and will be 52 this year. I'm no longer on any meds. and look forward to crushing my new goals. The best decision I ever made was walking through those doors in April 2016. This place is my new life style and my forever gym!

    These trainers are absolutely some of the greatest people I have met. They are super encouraging and take the time to get to know you and therefore know when to challenge you. They are always looking out for your best interest and making sure you are doing every movement with proper form. I got over my fear of doing burpees and box jumps and felt myself increasing to higher levels.

    It's hard to put into words just how awesome (and difficult) this challenge was. I feel strongly that anything in life you work for means more, and that is DEFINITELY the case. I am 27 lbs lighter, much stronger and feeling better than I have in a year. For me, it's not about the weight. It's about the fact that I was feeling awful and had ZERO energy. I am still battling feeling 100% medically, but mentally and emotionally I am feeling like myself again.

    I cannot believe that I lost 50 POUNDS in only 12 weeks!! I am amazed at my hard work and dedication to this challenge. My second time around the challenge was harder and the required more willpower than ever before.     I was lucky enough to go into this challenge with my fiance. I wasn't sure how it was going to be but I loved it. There's something to be said for a little friendly competition. I came in at 31 pounds down at my weigh in. I still have a ways to go but I couldn't be happier. I was able to reach the personal goal I had set for myself.
